I am M.L. Sandra, the Founder and Executive Director of the Sandy M. Needy Foundation, a nonprofit organization based in New Jersey. My years as a Healthcare Professional have shaped my understanding of the real struggles faced by the elderly, disadvantaged families, and individuals striving for stability. Those experiences became the driving force behind my commitment to bridge gaps in community care with compassion, dignity, and purpose.

I prioritize the well-being of our elderly, ensuring they receive the resources, support, and companionship they need to live their golden years with dignity. In August 2025, I launched a monthly outreach program that provides meals, clothing, and essential home supplies to families in need. Understanding the diverse needs within my community, I also established free financial literacy workshops to empower individuals with the tools for economic stability, as well as scholarship opportunities to support promising young students in pursuing higher education.

My guiding belief is simple: no one should go to bed hungry. Through the Sandy M. Needy Foundation, I am dedicated to creating a community where everyone has the opportunities and support they need to reach their fullest potential.
